The complexity of the world situation, the deepening of conflicts between powerful countries, the increase in the scale of existing and possible dangers and threats in our region, the ongoing conflicts and armed conflicts that occur around us from time to time require a radical reform of the personnel training system for our national army.

The Academy of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan should become a locomotive source in the development of military science and new scientific and innovative discoveries in our country.

In the period of the policy of openness implemented in accordance with the development strategy of the new Uzbekistan, the military personnel for our armed forces are patriots, loyal to their duty and oath, national spirit, like the great commanders of our glorious past – Jalalidin Manguberdi, Amir Temur, Zakhiriddin Muhammed Babur, our ancestors who sacrificed their lives for the cause of independence. and troops who deeply understand and appreciate our identity, have high intellectual potential and leadership skills, who can cope with modern dangers in every way and do not flinch under any conditions, brave and unyielding, mentally and physically trained, who can make quick and correct decisions in combat conditions, training of highly qualified officers who manage effectively, who are proactive, who can correctly assess threats not only in the present, but also in the future, and who think analytically, should be an urgent task of today.
