On the occasion of the 31st anniversary of the establishment of the Armed Forces of Uzbekistan and the Day of Defenders of the Motherland, to 10 km mass running competition under the motto “Men g‘olib” (I’m a winner) was held in Tashkent city.
In this event all force system military personnel, cadets and listeners attended. Main goal of this marathon to make interest in youth, to propaganda healthy life style, to develop sport relations among the Armed Forces military personnel, to work with sport frequently and to make popular sport among people.
In the marathon Ministry of Defense, National guard, Ministry of internal affairs, Ministry of emergency situations, State security service, State custom-house committee and Presidential security teams participated and made produce a great on everyone.
20 teams from Armed Forces systems and 20 participants from higher education institutions of Armed Forces systems.
From the Ministry of defense among the boys senior lieutenant Nuriddin Rakhmanov won 1st place, III level sergeant Ilkhom Nazarov reached 3rd place, and junior sergeant Iroda Olimova achieved 1st place among the girls.
From the higher education institutes of the Armed Forces systems cadet of the Armed Forces academy Javokhir Holikberdiyev could reach to the finish line first and according to the good results of the teammates, Armed Forces academy reached 1st place.
At the end of the marathon, completely leaders of the competition were awarded with valuable gifts. It’s grateful, that Ministry of defense not only among the ministries, but also as the absolutely winner of competition became an owner of the cup of competition.
