The Academy of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan hosted a scientific and theoretical conference on the topic “Officer-teaching competencies in improving military pedagogical activity”. During the republican conference dedicated to the Day of Teachers and Mentors, an exchange of views took place on the issues of organizing, planning and conducting the process of higher military education at a high level, on existing problems and ways to solve them.
– The training of qualified specialists for our Armed Forces, military personnel with high intellectual and moral potential is one of the urgent requirements of today, — says Colonel Zohid Yunusov. – An officer of today should be a teacher with deep intellectual abilities, a broad worldview, capable of teaching and educating his subordinate servicemen with his knowledge and personal example. In this direction, the role of military educational institutions and their teaching staff is incomparable.
At the end of the conference, a number of teaching officers and employees of the Armed Forces were presented with letters of thanks from the head of the Academy.
